Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Please note that when calculating the expected delivery time, take into account the processing time as well as the shipping speed.

Delivery Delays can occasionally occur.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard Shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Do you pay for the customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Usually most European countries will charge customs for international products.

How can I track my order?

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through Galastellar. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your Galastellar Account, or the email you used during the checkout process. You can also check it out in the track section in Galastellar website. Filling in the correct tracking number or order number, you will get all the tracking information of your product.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Covid exception

Due to the outbreak of Covid, the whole delivery process might be influenced and delayed. It rarely happens but it is still possible. We encourage you to wait longer should the delay happen rather than cancelling the order.

What are the Shipping Rates?

We charge per EMS published rates.

Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.

My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Please contact the shipper to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. Galastellar would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

If you received your order damaged, please report it to us and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Galastellar.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates for Standard Free Shipping:

It takes roughly a month to arrive for most European countries and a faster shipping option is possible by adding an additional fee. The price and final delivery time will vary by your location. Please contact us to check it out if you need an express option.
